Credits

Fireraven tracks your usage of the products through credits, that you have to buy to be able to use. Each request or interaction with Fireraven Guardrails costs credits, would it be through the Guardrails API or through the Secure Chatbot. The costs of credits can be found on Fireraven's Pricing Page.

A new organization starts with 500 free credits to begin with. Please contact our support team at contact@fireraven.ai in order to have more credits added to your organization.

The credit balance of your organization can be consulted from the Usage tab on the left menu. This tab also allows you to see how your credits were spent.

Future plans

We plan on adding these features to Fireraven in the future.

1. Purchasing credits directly from the Fireraven Dashboard (we are currently in a beta version of our platform and plan on scaling it soon, and allowing everybody to buy credits automatically according to their needs).
2. Subscribing to a monthly usage plan directly from the Fireraven Dashboard
