Member Invitation

As an organization owner, you are able to invite other members to the current organization.

To do so, head to the Organization Settings page. In this area you will find a Members list with the Invite Member button.

Invitation Popup

An invitation email with a link to join the organization will be sent to the provided email address. The invitation will expire 14 days after being sent.

All pending invitations can be managed by the owner from the Pending Invitations list. This list will be displayed below the Members list if there is any pending invitation for the organization.

Considerations for sending invitations:

  • The provided email address must be a valid address.
  • The email recipient should not already be part of the organization.
  • If there is a pending invitation for the provided email, the invitation will be sent again and the expiration time will be renewed.
